OFFICIAL BUSINESS HOURS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY 9:00am-4:00pm EST (except holidays). Business emails are started as early as 6:00am.

Shipping: US - Low cost flat rate shipping - $3 usps first class, $5 usps priority, $13 usps express.  Your item will be shipped within 24-48 business hours of cleared payment, unless otherwise noted.

INTERNATIONAL - $5 - usps first class international (no tracking, still reliable), $18 usps priority international (very limited to no tracking), $25 international express (tracking)(please note, this is still with me sharing the cost).

Returns:

It is my hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied or wish to return an item, please call or email in detail. We will happily accept returns that are in their original condition (free from scratches, marks, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear). Purchases that meet all criteria will be refunded in full, less shipping, handling, and any additional insurance charges if applicable. You have 30 days to make a return.

Every A.D. JEWELS piece is handmade and limited. In the unlikely event you place an order and the item is temporarily found to be out of stock, you will be notified immediately and asked if you wish to be placed on a “wait list.” If you are placed on a wait list, you will be contacted as soon as your item is back in stock. Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks.
